RICAIP aims to build a unique distributed research and experimental workstation \u201cRICAIP Industrial Testbed Core\u201d, the first of its kind in Europe to develop and test innovative solutions for advanced and fully integrated industrial production, constantly optimizing to the changing environment. RICAIP was prepared in two phases as part of the European Union&#8217;s Horizon 2020 call WIDESPREAD-04-2017-Teaming. As a result, CIIRC CTU will be able to get approximately 27 million EUR, CEITEC VUT in Brno 17.7 million EUR, and German partners 3.7 million EUR in total. Most of the new technological equipment will be purchased in Prague and Brno Testbed already in 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>During the press conference, representatives of the participating organizations presented the details of the RECAIP project:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">prof.<\/span> <span title=\"\">Vladim\u00edr Ma\u0159\u00edk, Scientific Director of CIIRC CTU<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">prof.<\/span> <span title=\"\">Wolfgang Wahlster, founder of the RECAIP project, DFKI<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">prof.<\/span> <span title=\"\">Jana Koehler, director of DFKI<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Ing. title=\"\">During the event, the projects Flexible Production, Distributed Dimension based on a combination of augmented and virtual reality, Interaction with a remote production line based on
