At the beginning of the challenge, everyone set their own goal &#8211; how many kilometres they wanted to cover during April, either by running or walking or a combination of the two. In the end, <strong data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"858\">17 participants<\/strong> successfully completed the challenge; five colleagues did not reach their target this time. However, thanks to them for their participation, because every kilometre had a purpose.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" av-macb6d9e-ef522dd62f48bf6bb7a6125661ad02c8 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>The aim of the challenge is not just to collect kilometres. It&#8217;s all about motivation to move, overcoming your own limits and having a team experience together. Some went for longer runs, others added regular walks after work or on the weekend. Participants recorded their activities via the Strava app, where they could track not only their own progress but also that of their colleagues.<\/p>\n<p>The only important thing was to keep moving and to contribute with your kilometres to the overall result, which for this year was a beautiful<strong> 1,832 kilometres<\/strong>. This is almost the same distance as if we had walked through our branches &#8211; Zl\u00edn, Brno, Prague to Barcelona.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><div  class='flex_column av-1q6r14a-ce35bf45b8314a962c9707f934dee74c av_one_half  avia-builder-el-12  el_after_av_one_half  el_before_av_one_half  flex_column_div  '     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-macb8o5w-8123c68cefe7c0b08aa646dd8cfef4d2 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock h-decor'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h3>Results worth celebrating<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-macba5mn-0063d619d13ca92052c3bf13bf4b4a22 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1211\">This year there were also beautiful individual performances. The highest number of kilometres for April was collected by <strong>a colleague<\/strong> who covered an impressive <strong>288 km.<\/strong> Among the colleagues, the first place went to a <strong>female participant<\/strong> with a great result of <strong>142 km.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1211\">After the challenge, we capped off our joint efforts with a breakfast of champions, attended by those who met their target. In the morning before work, we enjoyed a well-deserved reward and a nice end to a whole month of movement. As a small souvenir, the successful participants, in addition to a sweet medal, also took away a company-branded challenge flask with which they could toast their next mileage.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1211\">Thank you to all our colleagues who participated in the April challenge and we look forward to more records next year!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><div  class='flex_column av-4ta19m-89d4f15e52ae164b6d6b37dc0ee07fa3 av_one_half  avia-builder-el-15  el_after_av_one_half  el_before_av_one_half  first flex_column_div  column-top-margin'     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-382a16-fa4425dfd6468d727eb3ee075e909550 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock h-decor'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h3>Every kilometre was meaningful<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-macgaj9u-110f0cd3aa7e1e13cf19079ef8df1b8e '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p data-start=\"1601\" data-end=\"1788\">As in previous years, we turned movement into concrete help. <strong>For every kilometer walked, our company contributed a financial amount to support <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/nadeje.cz\/brno\/domov_pro_seniory_bohunice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Home for the elderly in Bohunice (Brno)<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1601\" data-end=\"1788\">Thanks to our joint efforts, we supported the home with a contribution of <strong data-start=\"1845\" data-end=\"1858\">18 320 CZK<\/strong>. Every step, run and walk had another dimension besides personal motivation. The challenge showed once again that even ordinary movement can have a real impact and help where it is needed most.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><div  class='flex_column
