Nvidia’s success in accelerating scientific applications and artificial intelligence tasks on graphics cards is mainly due to the CUDA (Compute Unified Device Architecture) platform. CUDA was introduced in 2007. It now includes dozens of libraries optimized for HPC applications (CUDA-X HPC) and AI (CUDA-X AI) under the designation CUDA-X. CUDA-X HPC includes libraries for parallel algorithms, linear algebra, image or signal processing. CUDA-X AI latest libraries for machine learning, training and inference of neural networks, or data analytics. A RAPIDS environment is available for data scientists for machine learning.
The CUDA platform can be operated on servers, workstations or in the cloud. The CUDA platform, individual libraries, or entire frameworks can be downloaded as a Docker image from the NVIDIA GPU Cloud (NGC).

The NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) offers both online and hands-on training for developers, data scientists, and researchers looking to solve challenging problems with deep learning and accelerated computing.
Nvidia DGX-2 at IT4Innovations
We delivered DGX-2 supercomputer to IT4Innovations, National Supercomputing Center VSB in Ostrava. It was the first DGX-2 system delivered in the Central and Eastern Europe region.
