Lenovo ThinkBeer Experience: Technology, Inspiration, and Networking

This year’s ThinkBeer Experience, which we organized together with Lenovo in the pleasant setting of the Moravia Brewery Restaurant in Brno, was characterized by a blend of cutting-edge technology, practical insights from the IT market, and a wonderful informal atmosphere. Over 40 guests from among our customers and partners attended the event, which we greatly appreciate.

With the usual pace of work, there is rarely enough time to discuss current topics in depth, without rushing, and with the opportunity for open discussion. That is precisely why such meetings are important to us; they allow us to share news, experiences, and practical insights into the development of the IT market with our customers in greater depth and, above all, in person.

Issues that companies are actually dealing with today

The technical portion of the evening was led by Lenovo specialists Rudolf Šída and Ondřej Lorenc, who presented the latest updates across Lenovo’s portfolio to the guests. The presentations focused on end-user devices, workstations, servers, and solutions that help companies plan their IT infrastructure more effectively.

Coverage was also given to the Lenovo Top Choice Express. This program offers a fast, simple, and cost-effective solution for customers who need a server or storage system tailored to their requirements but do not want to wait weeks for a standard custom configuration. Thanks to the Top Choice Express program, selected Lenovo servers and storage solutions can be shipped from the factory in Budapest within 10 business days of ordering. This is a significant advantage, especially at a time when many companies are still grappling with reduced availability of certain components, longer lead times, and the need to respond flexibly to operational demands.

Devices that catch your eye at first glance

The program also included a presentation of selected new products from Lenovo’s portfolio. Among other things, Rudolf Šída introduced guests to the Lenovo ThinkTab X11, a rugged tablet designed for demanding use that builds on the philosophy of reliability associated with the Think series.

The device showcase also drew a lot of attention at the event. For example, the ThinkBook Plus Gen 6 Rollable with a roll-out screen was on display and was one of the most talked-about products of the evening. The innovative display design demonstrated the new frontiers of mobile computing. Other devices on display included the ThinkPad X1 Carbon G14, the ThinkPad X1 2-in-1 Gen 11, and the ThinkPad P14s Gen 7 workstation, which is aimed at users with higher demands for performance, reliability, and professional use.

For the guests, the opportunity to see the selected products in person, touch them, and ask about practical details on the spot was one of the greatest benefits of the entire event.

A space for open discussion and inspiration

After the technical portion, it was time for a more lighthearted program, which gave the entire gathering its unique character. Participants had the chance to try their hand at a beer-pulling workshop, briefly stepping away from servers, workstations, and laptops to experience a completely different craft. This part of the evening perfectly contributed to the relaxed atmosphere and provided an opportunity for informal conversations, sharing experiences, and making new connections. Delicious refreshments and the ambiance of the brewery restaurant then pleasantly rounded out the entire evening.

For us, the ThinkBeer Experience was more than just a product presentation. Above all, it was a gathering of people who work in the IT world, tackle day-to-day operational challenges, keep pace with rapid technological advancements, and seek reliable solutions for their companies and customers. We would like to thank the entire Lenovo team for their excellent partnership, speakers Rudolf Šída and Ondrej Lorenc for their interesting presentations, and all the guests for the energy, openness, and wonderful atmosphere they brought with them.
