M Computers × Lenovo:
A Team Effort on the Court

Together with our long-standing partner Lenovo, we swapped our offices and business meetings for padel courts. At PADEL CLUB BRNO, we spent a sports-filled afternoon – not just to test our skills on the court, but above all to enjoy each other’s company and further strengthen the relationships that form the foundation of our partnership.

Colleagues from all three M Computers branches – across the sales, product, and marketing teams–gathered at the event. Together with Lenovo representatives, we were able to see how well we work together – not only at work, but also on the court.

A Padel Debut and a Small Tournament

For nearly half of the participants, this was their first time playing padel. To start things off, a coach took us under his wing, explaining the basic rules and demonstrating the most important shots. Then it was time for the game itself and a small tournament.

Not even the temperatures, which approached 40 °C during the afternoon, deterred us from playing. There was no shortage of determination, competitiveness, or good spirits on the courts, and in the end, both complete beginners and more experienced players enjoyed the game.

A group dinner to wrap up the evening

We wrapped up the afternoon’s sports activities with a group dinner, which provided an opportunity not only to discuss work-related topics and future plans, but also to engage in informal conversations outside the usual work setting.

For us, long-term partnerships are not just about business results. Mutual trust, good relationships, and opportunities to meet outside of our day-to-day work are just as important.
