Introductory Meeting

Sit comfortably, your journey to HCI is about to begin! We will come to you and show you how HCI works and what its benefits are. We will go through your expectations, technical requirements and financial possibilities, and together we will find the optimal solution exactly for you. We will introduce you to tools that we use to analyze the performance of your IT environment for free and suggest other options.

STEP #2

Analysis of Your Current State

We will contact your IT department and arrange the deployment of analytical tools to measure the performance of your IT environment. All testing is completely transparent, and there is no risk of data loss. The measurement itself will take place 24 hours a day to seven days a week. This is to get the most complete picture possible of the state of your infrastructure during peak hours and minimal utilization.

STEP #3

Your Tailor-made Solution

We will present you with a comprehensive analysis of your IT environment – what the measurement showed and how the HCI infrastructure could help you. The presentation will also include our recommended configuration – including a deployment plan and financing options. We will then give your IT department access to the demo lab, in which they will be able to test out the solution in practice.

STEP #4

Implementing your solution

If you have opted for HCI, then congratulations – let’s get to business! We will agree on the terms of cooperation and delivery schedule. From the delivery of the hardware through the installation – up to help with configuration and staff training.

Even if the solution is already running and everything is working out, we will stay in contact. In case of any problems, our professional service team is available to help and advise. After two months of operation, we will be happy to hear feedback on the operation of the HCI solution and will be happy to discuss any further cooperation.
