VAST Universal Storage

VAST data was founded only in 2016. It launched the Universal storage concept on the market, which represents a completely new concept of data storage. First of all, it is built only on all-flash technologies and very smartly – by combining SCM (Storage Class Memory) and QLC SSD disks, disaggregated Shared-Everything architecture, unique compression algorithms, or a completely software-defined approach (containers), it represents highly efficient, scalable and reliable file storage with native support for NFS, SMB/CIFS, or S3 protocols.
